15 Jan Bring It 2015
Happy New Everything! 2015 is here and this picture pretty much says it all. I am so excited for this year. It seems 2014 was just a warmup; a year full of hopes and desires and a lot of hard work. It was around this time last year that I started working with the outrageously talented guys at Big Sea. We took a deep dive into what I stand for and why I am here. The new sparkling look and that brand spanking logo finally represent the gravity of what my work is all about.
You can probably tell that the logo is a very cool take on sparklers. For those of you who know me well, that’s no surprise. Sparklers represent the celebration your life is about to become. When we sign up to work together, that spark in you gets ignited, you remember things you left long ago in your childhood and you start to believe in possibility again.
I love to set a theme at the beginning of each year. Last year was about Endings. It was a royal cleaning of the house all year long; letting go of things that didn’t serve me anymore, ending relationships and saying “enough” to a lot. That included a ton of clothes, by the way.
Armed with everything new, including clothes, the theme for this year is The Year Long Party and Givefest. I have SO much to celebrate and be thankful for. There will be tons of travel – every month I’m taking a trip with friends. The calendar is already bursting with festivals and concerts, and I’m checking off my Desires List right and left. I’ve been working really hard for a really long time and this year I’m going to play equally hard and give even more. Somehow I have a feeling it’s going to blow my mind.
On the Give front, I am launching a Group Coaching Experience that I’m just plain giddy about. It’s called “The Bring It Group” and our mission is to change the world and have a damn good time doing it. In 90 days, this very special group, is going to fearlessly go after something they’ve wanted for a long time. I cannot wait for it to start on January 26.
In a few weeks, we’ll be launching the Good Deeds Club – another thing I’ve been dreaming about since I was a kid. My Grandpa told me stories throughout my entire childhood about a gang of kids who would sneak out at night and leave baskets of food for the sick and poor and countless other surprise attacks of kindness. My friends and our kids are going to become the Modern Day Good Deeds Club. And I hope it spreads like wildfire.
Now is the perfect time to plan your 2015. We’re all settled back in after the holidays and many of us are feeling the pressure to get with the program. The Bring It Group might be just what you need! Check it out and spread the word.
Another great idea is to make yourself a Happy Things Jar like I did the other day so you don’t forget a moment of this amazing ride. Fill it with everything you want to remember and open it up on New Years Eve and relive it all with a glass of bubbly.
If there is anything I can do to help you go after what you’ve been craving this year, please ask for it. We are here to love every minute of this wild ride and when we do, we change the world.
So let’s all Bring It this year. The world needs us.
Much love and Happy Everything,
