THE SIREN’S JOURNEY

For over 16 years, I’ve led Women’s Leadership Circles at Google, Stanford Graduate School of Business, with impact-driven leaders and entrepreneurs. I’ve coached at X, YouTube, Nike, Apple, Genentech, Facebook, eBay, Paramount, Fox Entertainment, iHeart Radio, and guided hundreds to launch world-changing companies. And through it all, I’ve seen something extraordinary happen when women come together. It’s alchemy, pure and simple.

When women gather in sacred circles, something deep shifts. We rise into our true essence, expanding into the versions of ourselves we always knew were there. There’s a unique power in being surrounded by women who see us, who get us – the nourishment, the strength, the way we elevate each other. This has been my jam for years.

But last year? I cast my net wider.

I summoned a circle of Sirens with no predetermined course. No fixed destination. No tides to race against. Just the ebb and flow of presence, week after week, season after season.

* one of us got her own TV show

* we found our true purpose and set ourselves up to fulfill it

* many gave themselves permission to stop achieving and just enjoy life

* we launched new businesses, raised our prices and got game changing investment in our ideas

* we dialed up our magnetism and manifestation skills

* all of us ended the war with our bodies and look more radiant than ever

* five bought houses (one of them in Italy)

* every single one of us made more money

* all of us learned how to say no more often

* one tripled her salary and got more time with her kids

* all of us started using our voices more, standing on bigger stages, interviewing world famous guests, one even wrote and recorded an original song

* we healed

* we’re having better sex than ever

* all of us fell in love – with ourselves!

* we weathered dark days, heartbreak, uncertainty, imposter syndrome, feeling unappreciated, lost and stuck

And yet, we had our best year ever. Together we discovered a level of support that became both our lifeline and catalyst for change.
