For two decades, I’ve led Women’s Leadership Circles at Google, Stanford Graduate School of Business, with impact-driven leaders and entrepreneurs. I’ve coached at X, YouTube, Nike, Apple, Genentech, Facebook, eBay, Paramount, Fox Entertainment, iHeart Radio, and guided hundreds to launch world-changing companies. And through it all, I’ve seen something extraordinary happen when women come together. It’s alchemy, pure and simple.

When women gather in circles, something deep shifts. We rise into our true essence, expanding into the versions of ourselves we always knew were there. There’s a unique power in being surrounded by women who see us, who get us – the nourishment, the strength, the way we elevate each other.
