SIREN SUMMER

I’ve been leading Women’s Leadership Circles for over 15 years at Google, Stanford Graduate School of Business and with impact driven leaders and entrepreneurs. I’ve coached at X, YouTube, Nike, Apple, Genentech, Facebook, eBay, Paramount, Fox Entertainment, iHeart Radio and guided hundreds to start the companies that are making the world a better place.

Circles accelerate our highest self expression and growth. We all know what happens when we’re around women we love and respect – how nourished and empowered we feel, how we help each other.

Imagine what happens when you gather a Circle of women who have goals to achieve. We give ourselves a period of time to go after something we want and support each other to get it. That’s how I have helped women go for their dreams for 15 years. But last year I ran a powerful experiment.

I gathered women to go after nothing, to be together with no goal – but to see what would happen if we just came together every week, for a season.

You won’t believe what happened. They stayed for the whole year and it changed our lives forever.

* one of us finished a book proposal and landed an agent

* another crossed the finished line of several triathlons

* a few lost some serious lbs

* one got yoga teacher certified

* one woman fell in love with her husband again

* one quit working for the man

* a few of us launched new businesses

* three bought houses

* all of us learned how to stay no more often

* one tripled her salary and got more time with her kids by finally leaving her job and landing consulting gigs

* all of us started using our voices more and one wrote and recorded an original song

* many of us started having great sex again

* a few said goodbye to toxic relationships

* many of us found our true purpose

* one reached the top of her game and is finally giving herself permission to stop achieving and just enjoy life

* all of us learned to love ourselves more

* we survived dark days, lay offs, heartbreak, grief, unemployment, uncertainty, imposter syndrome, feeling lost, unappreciated, stuck and alone

And we couldn’t stop when it was over… we stayed together for a year and are connected forever.

Summer reminds us what makes us feel fully alive – being barefoot, outside, in new lands, breathing fresh air and swimming under the stars.

Summer is life. A state of mind.

Everything good, everything magical happens between June and September. That’s what we’re going to tap into. We’re going to bring it into our lives and use it to make the changes we are longing for.

When we align with nature, with the seasons, we get exquisitely attuned to our deepest intuition, decisions become clear, ideas flow, the answers come.
